Disgrace today AGAIN

I knew this would eventually happen but i'm still gutted and disgusted at this idiot in charge.

Complete short sightedness and it's blatently obvious that there is no discipline in the team. He won't change things around and when he does it makes it worse. He won't sign players so that he won't upset his 'boys'

If Nads had been on form the start he wouldn't have been sent off like that, it was probably his frustration boiling over and after his treatment and lack of service, i can't really blame him!!!!

Get this clueless, soft touch joke of a manager out now and lets build for next year!!!!

We want Ritchie out, say we want Ritchie out!!!!!!

So all you Ritchie loving ****** BRING IT ON!!!!!
I'm ready for it after that debacle!!!!!

The last game of this season must be Ritchie's last game in charge, nice fella, useless manager.

Cheers Johnny, at least we have more and more people who have sided with us over the last few weeks.

Rufus, is there anybody else like you who is with us, we seem to be building up quite a following!!

I suspect that when the last game at home is being played in front of a very low crowd, and thus giving an insight into next season's gates, Mr Shepherd will be forced to administer the dull thud, as for the appointment of Mccarthy, he would get more from this set of players, because they would respect him, and more importantly, would'nt dare incur his wrath.

He's a bottler, he dared to give us hope only to dodge the last step, having no real aptitude in the transfer market, tactically inept, showing faith in a striker, that, to all that watch him feel cheated because a far better option is left sitting on the bench.

We must stop appointing Youth Coaches to this job.

I know there are very few good managers out there but we have to go out and get somone experienced who is'nt afraid to make changes.

Richie is always saying he will be having a word with his Coaching staff before he decides anything. Nothing wrong with taking advice but he needs to be his own man.
You can not be a successful manager and be best mates with the players. A manager who will not strenghen a squad out of loyalty to what he has is heading for disaster. Look what happened to Clough.

At the end of the day every member of our coaching staff were promoted to their present position on the basis of being the cheapest option not because they had excellelled in the job they were doing.

    ******

Anyone at the game today can see that Ritchie has the respect of the players, everyone gave their all today. We were let down by poor finishing and a joke of a ref.
