    if we carry on showing the same desire as last night, the second half was a magnificent performance, Preston looked like the team reduced to 10 men.

    Agree wholeheartedly. With a bit more depth of squad, just outside the play-offs could be achievable.

    a caveat

    it's all very well playing well but, in the end, losing is losing-we don't want too many more of the &quot;played well-were unlucky to lose&quot; sort of games</p>

    in fact I'd like a &quot;were lucky to win&quot; a few times</p>

    We've done that twice imho - against Cardiff and last night. Was more despondent after losing at Burnley.</p>



    I think people are looking far too hard for signs we're on our way down.</p>
