adwords is paid advertising. If you have added your site at: http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl then just wait a few weeks and it should start to show up. Getting links from other sites that appear on google might speed it up.
you dont do anything you can speed up the progress by going to www.google.com/addurl but eventually the spiders will find your site and crawl it.
