What would you like to have on your website? If you only want something very simple indeed, you could try one of the "wysiwyg-editors". You can even do simple websites with MS Word (just start a new document and save it in html-format), but I would only recommend that if you think you can't figure out something a bit more complicated, or don't want to spend more time on it.
