Another excellent, committed performance and against a side tipped to be challenging for the top 6.

Heads didn't drop despite conceeded at poor times in the game (not that there's a good time to concede)

Thought Southampton were dirty and full of gamesmanship.

Their equaliser came from a corner awarded after they pushed our defender onto the ball yet the same sort of challenge from one of our players warrented a yellow card!
Every time we were going up for headers they were "easing" our players off the ball.

 

Totally agree with that,still can't believe the ref bought nearly everything they put his eway though

was saying that there is definitely a lot more gamesmanship in this league compared to L1 , just as there is more in the prem than the Championship.

We have got to learn from that however and play them at their own game.

Totally agreed though - yet another quality and committed performance. We look very dangerous on the break with Devaney and Mcindoe. Togwell and Howard look very strong in the midfield also. We do need more options up front - we know this , Ritchie knows this and is trying to solve this but he can't click his fingers. Reid and Kay were immense at the back, and Robbie Williams had a great game, saving us from conceding a certain goal.
