Barnsley fans standing up all through Norwich match...

Pain in the fecking arse the lot of them, no consideration about us lot asking them to sit down, admittedly most of them were pi55ed but like the Wednesday fans, they got away with it as no stewards asked them to sit down either. stewards wanting to keep out of trouble and rely on folk being considerate...no fecking chance these days.

    Stop your moaning.

If you where at Anfield where you sat down for the last few mins? Exactly the same situation with fans getting behind their team, can’t have one rule for us and then moan because an away team at Oakwell are stood up singing.

Can’t get an atmosphere going while sat down. Don’t think I’ve seen anyone stood up singing been told to sit down in the Ponty.

I was in the west stand because i went to the game with wednesday fansand we live down south (i know i know, not a real fan. only a total of 16hrs driving to watch my team any way i can). Gotta say, as much as it winds me up their support was amazing. And the few around me who knew i was barnsley had some good banter. Stood the whole game and wished Barnsley fans could produce the same levels of support. it's funny they actually cheer their team on when they aren't winning....

Totally diferent when the fans are away from home. Barnsley, Wednesday, Liverpool, Man u it doesn't matter who they are. Away support is always more vociferous choose who the support is. Also being stood in the middle of them you wouldn't have got a fair representation of the noise. Not decrying the Wednesday support cos to bring 7,000 when you're 3rd bottom is pretty astounding. Still for around 50% of Pig fans i.e. those living around South Barnsley it's their cup final

Makes a change for them to sign, think they were pretty poor at home until they scored, but like robespierre says, away support does seem to be better for most teams (Even Man U sing!)
