Proven he is a half-decent manager, just a shame he completely lost the plot with us signing his mates and a million loans, I don't think we'd have done any worse that season if he'd stayed in charge though.
I'll always have fond memories of that half season when he turned everything round, culminating with "scenes of inertia" as us and Huddersfield settled for a draw in the final game. Ultimately, the Oakwell hotseat proved to be too much for a young manager's first role, but who can be surprised by that? Well done Flicker and welcome to the wonderful world of League 1.
