The team is abysmal. The manager - not convinced he is too much to blame. The football club is being killed by a clueless two man board and an owner who stopped caring about it some time ago. No manager would be successful at this club in its current structure.

Can't see how the manager is blameless. I know the budget is low but he has made some terrible signings and his tactics at times have been baffling. He probably deserves and will get a crack at next season but I can't say at this moment that I'm convinced by him. I agree though that our lack of a proper board is killing the club. I'll get lynched for saying this but I'm sure John Dennis would jump at the chance to get involved again and i really think he'd have something to offer. I don't think it will happen though as I think there's some bad blood between Cryne & Dennis.
Of course there is. Cryne could have stopped admin. Cryne blamed Dennis for what happened. Shep got the chop cos Cryne thought he was in cahoots with JD. Allegedly.
3 managers have done exactly the same thing. Set off well, fans get excited, come Christmas we start playing defensively (despite Keith openly admitting that's not his style) baffling selections tactics and Substitutions. 3 managers on the trot making the same mistakes? ********. More like 3 managers being told to slow down imho
We aren't comparing eggs with eggs or apples with apples should I say. JD was Chairman, Don is an administrator and probably a good one to be fair to him.
