Great achievement to get manager of the month, things are really beginning to look up and long may that continue. In my opinion last year and this year AR has been a breath of fresh air. He's got shut of the sh**e players from last year (T. Williams, Vaughan etc), made sh**e ones last year into good ones this (Colgan, Carbon), he's getting more out of the more talented members of the squad (McPhail, Burns), has brought through some Acadamy lads (R. Williams, Austin, Tonge, Jarman, Flinders) and has made some excellent signings (Howard, Hayes, Watt). All in all very well done.
agreed not enough praise for a job well done. look back to paul harts team and think how far we have come. and with the off the field difficulties! well done andy ritchie!
