    RED PLAYERS HOSPITAL VISIT BRINGS CHRISTMAS CHEER TO YOUNGSTERS

    PLAYERS from Barnsley Football Club brought a little ray of sunshine to some unfortunate children faced with spending Christmas in hospital.

    The Reds first team squad descended on Barnsley and District General Hospital today (Tuesday December 20, 2005) to meet with the youngsters and hand out various festive gifts.

    dunno if you;re being your usual silly self...

    but I'm not from Liverpool. And I'm ill, so I'm not thinking straight even if you were meaning summat else. And however I sounded on Satdy, or however unlively I was - that's cos I was. Extremnely hungover that is (but possibly a prelude to the illness which shut my body down on Sunday). Which may in turn have been a chemical reaction to the err...chemicals...NO SCRUB THAT...BEER I have drunk this week.

    woe is me. But good to meet you on Satdy - even if it was to listen to one of our crew bigging you up!!!!! ("Swampy"). Still, at least you were man enough to admit calling him it. "Respec'" as (our) Swampy would no doubt say.

    Its good that the boys can do the Hossy thing, I was in BDGH in 1982 and round about the same time dec 20th ish Norman Hunter and the promo winning side visited me and the rest of the guys on the ward( ward 29). I wont forget it and i got fotos to prove it, all I can say to everybody is...........
    FORGET YOUR DIFFERENCES, LIFE IS TOO SHORT, YOU NEVER KNOW WHATS GOING TO BE THROWN AT YOU BUT TAKE IT LIKE A HUMAN BEING, HAVE A BRILLIANT CHRISTMAS AND EVEN BETTER NEW YEAR, PARTY TIL YOU DROP COS THE DAY AFTER WILL BE WORTH IT YOU KNOW YOU HAVE ENJOYED IT......


    Thanks for all your support this traumatic year, you know who you are, it means loads to me, see you all in 2006

    Thats what pisses me of fabou this board people dont take things serious, Laura started something off, tell you what "GUEST" who is too immature to post their real name or whatever, try having Cancer then you will probably see where im coming from, at the time i lived eat and breathed BFC like I still do and always will, to me at the time to meet my heroes meant a lot and gave me a lot of strength and still does because I tell you "GUEST" after my year this year then next year 2006 can only get better........

    theres no easy about it, you hurt whether intenional or not john, dont hide behind a disguise, you seeme to think you man enough and liuved well you aint even startyed yet boy, get the facts before you start, think about my year and what ive suffered then you might rethink what you said, and i know others have suffered as well especially yankee tyke, god bless her, have some respect for fcuks sake
