Great performance, fantastic work ethic, thoroughly deserved, very skillful ...... that's what I'd like to see from my team. Come on LJ, get it sorted for next season. We couldn't ask for more.
Pleased for them. Seen them a few times on TV this season and they've been a joy to watch - the 2nd goal sums them up. I can see why many Championship fans don't like them though....the number of penalties they've won and tonight I thought he played for it, just slowed up so the defender ran into him. (Not unlike Sheff Utd did against us) Also in the 2nd minute when they almost scored....how that was not a foul by their forward...just barged the defender over and he did it a couple more times. Certainly playing on the very edge of the rules at times.
They will fit in well in the premier league. I was listening to 5 live last night and there was a strange conversation. They were on about how they couldnt afford a bandage 6 years ago and now they have lost 14 million and are just about to go up. "Amazing how far they have come". They made it sound like losing 14 million was an achievement in itself.
If AFC Bournemouths ground only holds 12,000 capacity I wonder what their lowest gate will be next season. Surely they could fill it twice over. I'll bet season tickets will sell pretty quick.
