They need a second goal and looked like getting one several times - but just one goal is always a bit dangerous. I think they have been the better side so far

One of the best matches for a neutral so far. Loved it, best match I have watched so far. Ghana deserved to win hope they do well in their next match, although from what I've heard it will be with a completely different team seeing as most of that team appear to be suspended now.

how did essien do? i thought he was superb against italy showed the kind of drive and determination that made chelsea fork out so much for him! i think all the african teams have done decnet despite the results, i think its just a shame ivory coast werent put in such a hard group as i think they wouldve done pretty well
