One of the best runs I've ever experienced in 4 decades of watching the reds. OK we played crap at the back today but that's 2 defeats in 11 games. Test of character now, was bound to happen some day.

Oh and we never gave up and kept the goal difference damage reasonable. That could still be important.

Agreed. We need to bounce back against Bolton next Sat. I believe we can do that.

Just need a replacement for Golbourne so we can keep McNulty out.

    I agree

Seeing as that's our first defeat since New Year's Day, I'm certainly not going to get embroiled in anything abusive towards the players and management. It's been a terrific run, but it had to end sometime. There's nothing stopping us going on another one, starting with next Saturday at home to Bolton.

definatley test of character, Bristol City dominated the first half and could easily have scored more, but so could we.

A defeat was going to happen and i would rather to lose to a team we were well clear of than one of the teams we are within 2-3 points of

I agree, Bounce back next week and we can forget about today. Shame we couldn't do today at the back like we have been doing. At least our attacking game is intact. Surely Flicker has to recognise he needs to get Mcnulty out and we'll be ok.

Aye, next run starts next week. Forced changes through injuries aint helped but he has fallen into the change it too much category.

Despite their 5 goals it showed how poor they were at back also.

We kept going right to the end

Those second half goals could well prove to be very important at the end of the season. I have faith in the manager, his staff and the players to sort out any issues and back them all 100%.

Not sure of the formation today, but doesn't Kennedy normally play on the left of the three (rather than Golbourne)?

Totally agree. Fantastic stuff from Flicker and the lads to get us back in with real hope of staying up. Test of character for the players, but more so for the supporters now.

Dust yourselves off boys (team and supporters) and we'll see you at the Well for Bolton.

    Up the fackin Reds!!!!!
