    while teh players we are constantly told are "world class" eg Lampard and Gerrard flatttered to deceive to a large extent and clackered it in the penalty shoot out (although they DID volunteer), Hargreaves had a solid game, scored his penalty and I think had a good World Cup, certainly good enough to justify his continued selection
