Fecking genius that one Simon. Play attacking football and get the opposition on the back foot then go defensive and try to do what you've failed to do for three years and defend a one nil lead. Guess what, it didnt work AGAIN.
Totally agree Wolves didn't give a sh*t today, if we'd kept them away from our goal they'd no interest in chasing the game.
The players didn't make defensive substitutions and change the shape - Davey did that.
His negativity has got us into this mess and he has to go - preferbaly on Bank Holiday Monday.
Davey out.

I wouldn't bother mate.
I read that and similar nonsense by Jay and decided it wasn't worth it.

The players that were crusing while playing 4-4-2 with two attacking wingers? But dropped 2 points when changed to three defensive midfielders. Yes, it was to do with them. It was to do with them being crap at playing the tactics that SIMON DAVEY changed the team to play.
RE: Nowt to do with the players then? Who pissed about with the formation and told em to play defensive?
RE: Nowt to do with the players then? Nowt to do with Davey putting out a team, that he's bought or signed, dominating the best team in this league for most of the game?
RE: Nowt to do with the players then? Yes. He changed a working tactic to a countlessly proven unsuccessful tactic.
Hence it's the Pot-Noodle miner thats to blame.

RE: Nowt to do with the players then? You buy / trade to put out a team that can outplay the best team in this league. What we have needed is a goalscorer. Sadly they cost zillions. And if you splash out a bit, they then tend to get crushed by big centre halves.
is that the best team in the league, that weren't interested until we scored never seen a team so there for the taking, but mr dopey won't go for it
When Hammil went off Devaney should have been put on I also think that Mifsud should have replaced Macken.

Defo, nowt to with the players. down to inept manager who once again snatched a draw from the jaws of victory by poor substitution decisions. 1 up, opposition not troubling us much, has to make a sub so instead of like for like he goes defensive with three central midfielders, leaving one side of the pitch wide open, then takes off the only outlet for clearances and brings on a player that every body knows can't provide that outlet. INEPTITUDE of the highest order. That result was the responsibility of the manager and he alone.
