Well done to the players yesterday

Well where did that come from?
Totally chuffed with the way we approached the game yesterday.I really hope this is a turning point for Dagnall and as other posters have mentioned our new polish jewel Tommy baby is a cracking player not the bone idle brain dead idiot Nigel Clough said he was.
Thats what we want from our lads - commitment - bit of style and playing as a proper team so the marker has been set.In John Stones we have a real future star - no doubt about it IMHO and I hope the contact says no sale under 1 million ,It was quiet ironic that listening to Martin Crainies interview,he was on about how he started out as a centre mid player but prefered centre half - he looked very comfy in centre mid.
Any one who knows Bobby Hassell will know he is gutted with the sending off ( made his own problem with the original mis control )but that was cushioned by the lads team effort and commitment to each other.Hassell can play that centre mid role and I hope the manager recognies that and uses it as a positive to the team moving forward.Icing on the cake would have been the 2nd goal that harewood should have scored but we`ll have that another day.only negative for me ( dont want to rain on the parade ) we still look fragile with our marking and attacking the ball at corners.Nice international break that will hopefully allow a few of the injured players to get back.
The next 3 games are like individual mountains we have to climb and will give us a real indication of where we are at with the squad and where we really need to focus on the loan market.

Who says you can't Polish a turd! There is Barnsley's Polish community there to attract down to Oakwell. The Polish lads tend to follow the bigger clubs but if one of their own is playing so well they will likely want to watch him play. Send Tommy baby out canvassing!
