Well - here's something we should all look forward to (not football)

The head of Bulgaria’s gipsy community yesterday warned a crimewave will sweep the UK if his country joins the EU. Tsar Kiro, 64, said it would provide an “open door” for criminals to find “new opportunities”. </p>

And he said the £10billion cash earmarked for the country by the EU could go to corrupt politicians — a fear shared by Brussels experts.</p>

He said: “Crime and corruption in Bulgaria are huge problems and once the borders open up the country will be exporting both to the EU.”</p>

So - considering that official expected figures of around 13k new immigrants from the extended EEC were exceeded by some 650k, schools and Local Authorities are becoming unable to cope - and that's before Bulgaria chucks its hand in with Romania, I reckon we're gonna be in for a right old time.</p>
