First keeper I remember watching was Springett - take any keeper from then on & Muller (injury free/ on form) is the best in my opinion.

That last minute penalty save Vs Preston was one of my most memorable moments at Oakwell.

It's hard to keep 2 keepers happy, and I'm glad Steele has signed, but Muller was (but for maybe half a dozen games) outstanding. A keeper who cammanded his area as well as being a shot stopper. Good luck Heinz

    I am too

I would have liked to have kept both but it was never going to happen if both wanted the no 1 shirt.

    Thanks Heinz and good luck

    Best wishes, Heinz!

I agree that he was an assertive and commanding keeper at his best, as well as being an impressive shot-stopper. I thought that he didn't seem to be quite the same following the injury, but maybe he just needs a new challenge.

I agree. Good luck to him. He deserves his opportunity to challenge in the Bundesliga.

Before his injury there was talk about him getting in the German squad.

Whether he is good enough, only time will tell.

But I agree that before the injury he was the best I've seen at Oakwell. Probably one of the best characters as well.

Good luck Heinz, and thanks for everything.
