    After saying goodbye to my Grandad yesterday in Barnsley, it's now time to get my little legs moving and get ready for the Glasgow 10K while trying to raise as much money for Barnsley Hospice as possible.

    They did everything they could for my Grandad during his battle with cancer and I cannot do enough for them to show my appreciation.
