well after all it was a friendly and lots of swapping and changing, and we were away..that said we might have applied ourselves a bit more.A lot of wasted and mis directed passes by us. The new crew looked good to me Moore seemed a bit slow but was very solid , with training he will be fine.Colace looks a good find I was very impressed with El haimour he looks a tremendous signing.Leon seems a bit sharper than last term, Souza did ok very strong. The First goal was a bit of a fumble and a giift from Letheran.and he really had not a deal of hope on the second they worked that one well. Foster seemed to get turned a little easy for me. Jamal was very busy but seemed to just run into a blind alley mostly.Butterfield looks a very very good prospect when he came on.The trialist "John Smith" hehehe...seemed not too bad. Well is this all positive from the Dragon you are in shock I can tell..... well no there were some low points...First the guy Hume loked nothing specail at all.... Our "super Hero" Odejayi...even though this was a friendly I am sorry this guy does not cut it in any shape or form with me,no visible improvements in any department form last year from him...he should be at the very very best squaddie of around 4th choice and thats being generous.Secondly Brian Howard, I know he is good and he has done great stuff for us..today he hit a fabulous free kick and was denied by the woodwork, but he did seem greedy and it gave the impression of a wantaway trying to show his CV for any scouts that may have been watching.Several times a pass was crying out but he held it for himself.IF we get a decent offer I am afraid I would be inclined to grab it . Well not too much else... but if Simon reckons we do not need anymore players well IMHO he neds to think again...our strike force is in no way better than last year.

    sounds reasonable

    has tha taken thi medication?

Hopefully Hume will continue his very good scoring record (though personally I cant see how he does it from the Buxton performance)

Also think the end was a bit of a sham.

    Back 4

    Jamal - Hassell - Foster - Haimour

Would hope we dont have to resort to that in the season.
