Sunderland still need to win 2 and draw one of there games in hand.Portsmouth have still to win 2 to overtake us.Sunderland v Portsmouth in the league will kill one or if they draw it might kill both there chances.

 

I admire your hope Bri. I hope you are correct. I really do not fancy us in the play offs.

 

Plenty more twist and turns to come yet hopefully Coventry get a draw at Sunderland too look decent in patches today

I can’t see Sunderland winning 3 in a row unless they have a big win at Wembley and get some momentum, one of worst sides I’ve seen at oakwell

 

Mixed opinions on the Mackems forum. One poster saying that they usually don't play too
well against lower placed teams. Let's hope he's right. I'm hopeful that we can still clinch an automatic
promotion place, but if we don't ,contrary to some comments already voiced by certain BBS posters,
regarding our prospects in the play offs, I truly believe that if we can qualify to take part in the play
off final, we are capable of giving any team a real game. Fingers crossed, if he's involved in regular
training sessions and can get the necessary clearance from the Medics, it might not be beyond the
realms of possibilities that Kieffer could play in the Play off final at Wembley.

Sunderland have 4 tough games on the bounce starting with rochdale. one thing for sure we need to get back to winning ways ,if we do our business we cant ask for anymore

I had a small wager on Footy yesterday picked 6 to win,
Shef Utd, Qpr, Scunny, Saarfend, Northampton, and Stevenage. lovely person BELIEVE IT, id already bought mi Speedboat all lost, its the time of year were evryones Battlin like **** to get what they can. I'm just trying to say look at the games 90 percent of us ad av gon for home wins.

 

That's true. Through all the ups and downs of following this club, I can't remember us ever doing anything the easy way. Giving Sunderland and Pompey a bit of hope is just our way of keeping the season interesting. Standard operating procedure at Oakwell.
