...a few months ago we couldn't score and leaked goals. At least now we are demonstrating that we can score against Championship opposition on a regular basis so it is clear that the defensive positions need sorting rather than the whole side. The strike force are clicking so it should NOW be obvious to the most blinkered manager (not saying Flicker falls into that category) where the most work is needed.

We're fine in attack, I wouldn't mind any of our 4 strikers playing. Our problem was in midfield today. O'Brien, Tunnicliffe in central midfield and Etuhu and Tommy C at wing back all had poor games. Tommy did a lot better second half though.

I thought first half the players looked a little lost with the formation and I thought he would make 1 or 2 subs for the second half,He kept the same players on and tweaked a few things and we looked a lot better.Blatent foul for there first goal,a great strike for there second and a spill from Steele for the third.I don't think the defence were as bad as some are making out.He obviously played two central defenders who can play the ball out and who have quite a bit of pace.Even in the first half when we weren't up to pace Bogdan pulled two fantastic saves off.I know losing the game can cloud peoples judgement but give the lads some credit for the way we turned things round, the effort they all put in and lastly I would love to see the stats on shots and corners. We've played an on form team in Bolton who has plenty of quality and we reduced them to fouling, time wasting and conning the weak referee at every opportunity.Keep the faith, there's plenty of fight left in this team.

Great strike for the 2nd but where was the marking on the edge of the box? They picked up loads of loose ball in those areas today.
