    the guy on the other end of the line could not have been more helpful, he was pleasant, chatty and i got my Weds ticket with no hassle once i pointed out i couldnt get to the ground on weds to get one, cant fault the staff at all, the telephone system a bit of a trial but result anyway :)

    I've just got this mental image of LD Red singing raucously away, like the lad in the car on that Sky advert, while the long suffering driver (Arnside) shakes his head in despair!
