Did you actually hear the interview ? The interviewer (who was English) opened up by saying "so Andy, who will you be supporting during the Euro's NOW THAT SCOTLAND HAVEN'T QUALIFIED" HE HE HE ...... To which he replied ..... "Anybody but England" ! I'd say he's lived to regret it but he was actually only joking ........ I'm not a big fan of his but just thought i'd add the facts even though we don't usually let those get in the way on here .....
Exactly People read something without knowing the situation - same with people flying off the handle at JCR's tongue in cheek comment about Barnsley, but those folk'll be the first ones to celebrate when he scores his next goal.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH I saw the interview and there was no tongue in cheek or intended humour. It was typical anti-English sentiment from a swetty sock! Usual stuff where we are classed as racist for similar comments but comments against us are acceptable and people then make excuses for them. I accept he has since regretted his words but I have 3 words left to say: COME ON NADAL!
