First off well done on the result last night, your first half performance merited it, you were livier and more creative especially with defending our set pieces by playing 3 up front, something a lot of clubs should do more often.

Second half you were pegged back but we couldn't create any meaningful opportunities.

One minor gripe is the antics of Misfud and Anderson, the little Maltese man seemed to like the ground a little too much and used his elbows quite blatantly at times, Anderson did the "reach for the card" thingy when Mifsud went down despite him clearly diving that again is unneccessary.

Good luck for the rest of the season

    Fair summary

It was Mifsud'd debut. Having seen him play for Coventry I knew his game revolved around the nuisance factor but last night was embarrassing. None of the insidious tricks - just blatant cheating.

Anderson is a good player but with a bit of a hot temper. His antics last night were, and not for the first time this season, somewhat undignified.

But we were the better side last night. Your problems mirrored ours in previous weeks - poor service to the strikers, who didn't capitalise on the scraps they got, with a subs bench offering too little to change the game. This time out we counter-attacked well and scored a quality goal. When your lot got started after the break we were unable to contain you but the substitutions we made turned the match back around enough to secure the points. Well that and the goal line clearance :$
