Keep one of your 2 best centre halves on the bench, start with a young lad learning the game up front and stifle Brian Howard's creativity by playing him deep.

Anyway, beyond getting angry now. Carry on Simon et al, it's one sure fire way to close a football club down. Some wonderful managerial decisions have turned this club into a shambles.

Yes I am totally confused with the tactics tonight. Players were struggling and he left fresh legs and more capable players on the bench. I, unfortunately get the impression we were planning on going out of the cup tonight.

Cross came in, reidy misjudged it, ran to their left wing, back in and notched.

Woeful from start to finish. Coulson should've notched after a defender slipped up, Nardy had a shot, and then you're struggling. seriously feel a bit sorry for Davey cos he obviously can't change his gameplan during a match - whatever his gameplan is.He's so out of his depth it's untrue, and while he learns, we go to the bottom of the league.

Dont know about you but when Coulson went through i just knew he wouldnt score, i didnt even get excited about it or feel anything when the keeper saved it, thought the crowd were a little harsh on some of the players though

    cheers mate

true, i am completely disillusioned with it all. we're going down and i can't see us coming back for a long time sadly. the worst thing is that it will have been completely avoidable.

Didn't Mr Davey know that himself?

I'm not sure he even formally applied for the job as such.

Players were playing to orders. Anger needs directing elsewhere. Several looked confused and out of sorts. Hayes was isolated on the wing - every other player obviously sticking to their zone.
