I still don’t think we should part company with Clarke because we need continuity and he’s hardly been supported by ( the remarkably quiet) pot herb recruitment team above him.
If they can’t see that ( at least) lack of a goal scorer and a dominant centre back is costing us game after game there is literally no hope!
It’s not just that though despite our multitude of coaches the players seem unable to consistently find a team mate with a pass and the snatching at good chances on goal is embarassing.
Defensive wise we still can’t defend properly and despite the criticism that Pines gets from some I still think the main weak link is Robert’s although we will get chance to see if that is true.

 

I feel sorry for Clarke because some of those players he has to work with are absolutely gash. We lost 5 1st teamers in the summer and replaced them with worse.
