Playing footie last night and dislocated my shoulder. Bloody hell did it hurt!! Those wonderful people at the BDGH sorted it out though, but it looks like Mr Cappello will have to do without me this summer. Such a promising "young" talent as well! Many thanks to the Fit Reds who sorted me out and got me to the hospital. Great bunch of lads.
In that case then it's Wine & food at the Casa De Big Lil for the two of us when Euro 2012 comes round. Get well soon, mate.
The missus dislocated her shoulder a few years back. New Years Eve at about 2am (NYD) fell down stairs going to bed p1ssed. No way was I going to A&E on that night. She could wiggle fingers and move her arm so thought just bruising. Next morning she was still in pain so took her to A&E where they popped it back in. Mucho pain and told it wouldn't have been as bad if she'd come straight in. Muscles had become inflamed etc.. So needed morphine. The pain she said was far worse than child birth.
Re: In that case then it's Sounds good to me. I have been playing on this though. All the young ladies at college have been helping me. One even asked "Is there anything I can do for you?" I had to restrain myself.
I must admit, I really bairned it. No suffering in silence, I'll tell you. Definitely the most painful thing I've ever done to myself.
Like I said to the mrs when she goes on about the pain of childbirth....try getting a splinter or a metal staple down yr fingernail?
i was in hospital a few years back with kidney stones and was talking to a woman who was in with the same; she compared the pain to that of contractions i told her it was just like been hit in the knackers; she flinched and said now wonder her husband folds like a cheap suit when " SHE PLAYFULLY HITS HIM IN THE NADS"....................... if she had have been mine she would have had a season ticket to casualty.
The thing is it's not a case been hit hard tho is it? It could just be a tap but if it catches you in the right spot...oh dear god! Lol!
