Keep Morison quiet lads, and you'll be playing Championship football next year.

    And Gregory

If Mawson and Roberts play like they have been recently they should do that fine!

Morison drops deep to flick on to Gregory who runs into the space left by the centre half that comes out to mark Morison.

I'm sure Hecky and the lads aren't blind and will have picked up on this. But that's how those lads have done so well this year.

First goal absolutely critical. They will bomb the ball long and if they get a goal they'll just sit deep and pump balls long kicking the likes of Hammill up in the air.

We get the first goal they'll actually have to try and attack and play football. We would murder them on the break.

My feeling is first goal wins it.

I'd say we could afford to go one down to be honest.

Pride before a fall and all that but if we turn up next Sunday (i.e. Don't play like we did first half v Oxford), then we have too much for millwall. They won't deal with our running and work rate for a full ninety - as long as we are on it.

If we don't turn up, or if one or two don't fancy a more physical challenge, then millwall will come into it. They won't be daft millwall, they'll know they don't necessarily match up skill wise man for man, so they'll play in a tactically aware manner, they won't exactly try and out football us I wouldn't think.

We finished sixth yes but I think most neutrals would agree we are the best side of the four in the playoffs - we gave the other sides a five month head start more or less.

Don't get me wrong, millwall have more than half a chance, I'm not blindly arrogant, but I make us warm favourites at least. Put it this way, if went one down early, i fancy our chances of turning it around more than millwalls if we got an early one.

It's not going to be a feast of football that's for sure. Which is a shame as I'd give us a very fair chance of winning a game like that.

I thought over two legs, Millwall were the slightly better of two average sides.

It's not going to be pretty if they get their way that's for sure.

I'd say it's quite possible for Millwall to set out to do a Sarfend on us.
