well we had a 1-1 draw

I was under the impression that away goals count in this competition... and just do not see us beating them at their place in the 2nd leg somehow.... However we may have one or two new faces by then so you never know. I do hope they turn them over and we indeed do get to Wembley. I would really like to see BFC win this trophy.

 

We've only ever played in two two legged semi finals before. We lost the home tie in both, but progressed to the final.

No, they don't.

 

I beg to disagree with that. These two-legged games are often not as straight forward as you think. if we were going to Fleetwood to defend a one, or two-goal lead, we would probably go and blow it - defend too deep in the first half, lose the lead and then not be able to change plan. going there with a draw, we know we have to win and only by one goal. we cannot go to defend, but will need to attack from the start. Remember the Huddersfield Town play-off games when we went there already 0-1 down, but won 3-1 at theirs. I would be far more worried about our mind-set had we been going to defend a small lead, especially with our defence as it is. 1-1 is just right.
