    speaking to a blackburn season ticket holder who i work with , and he said appleton was the worst manager they ever had and the football they played under him was shocking

    I think people would start calling for Mansford's head if Appleton was appointed - and certainly when he inevitably failed.

    Yeah, hopefully. I'm just assuming Mansford will have a say in who is going to be our next manager and given his connections with Appleton, he may naturally get the blame if he was to be appointed.
