Mahoney in the side. Not many would have agreed. Hammill in a central role. Not many would have done that. Defence changed hugely again. (Though to the back four we’d mostly all play). And it was one of the best performances of the season. I doubt when the teamsheet was announced many would have predicted what we saw. Well done to Mr Morais. I’ve been highly critical, I think he’s been poor. But... Today he’s got right 100%. The job is barely half done, but we have a sniff. I didn’t give us a chance, but a similar performance next week will likely be enough. Congratulations. Keep us up, and you will probably keep your job, and deserve it to boot. If that happens I will gladly admit I was wrong.
