Does anyone have the song for the Wembley 2000 Play Off Final that Radio Sheffield were involved with? It was to the tune of 'Go West', sung by kids from one of the local schools I think. I had it on cassette tape for years, but have now lost it.

    The verses went something like:

"Oh Yes, we're the Super Reds
    En route to the Premiership
    To London and Wembley
For the first time in our history"

    Another verse went:

"From Lundwood, Darton and Darfield too
We'll travel together, me and you
    To follow the Super Reds
    Back to the Premiership"

Sounds awful, I'd be glad I lost that!

'Sung' is a bit of an exaggeration. The kids spoke the lyrics really. A bit corny when you see the lyrics written down, but I liked it at the time and couldn't stop playing it in the build up to the final.
