Bigger shithole than ever.
Transport infrastructure - worse than ever. Wasn't it a condition of the stadium being built that millions had to be spent on improving access/egress? Not a single penny piece has been spent on the roads.
Surrounding area - bigger shithole than ever. Can't have been worse in 1946.
Wembley Way - how much did they spend on it? Not changed a bit.
Organisation - unbelievably crap. Yellow car park (Tarn end) empty. Green car park (other end) over 100 Tarn coaches tightly packed in a square with no more than a foot of space between em - parked right next to 100 Cardiff coaches in same state.
All in all I'm glad I'm not going back.
Agree with every word, took us 2 1/2 hours to get to within 4 miles of Wembley then same again to park up. Absolute chaos after with hundreds milling around trying to find their coaches choking on the exhaust fumes and in real danger of serious harm when coaches started setting off. I know the main difference was that we won but at Cardiff the whole experience was far better than Wembley the I'm sure the FA could have found a hundred far better sites for he new stadium
