Does anyone have experience of staying in Wembley, Premier Inn or Holiday Inn?

I tend to stay away from Wembley and get the tube in. Watford is a safe bet. Stanmore is only a few stops from Wembley. This year I'm staying in Barnet. Wembley hotels are expensive

As the Victor Meldrew of the board let's face it, neither will be reight for thi

The boy is right though and the Holiday Inn right next to Watford Junction serves the purpose. There are pubs just next to the station.

Premier inn at ealing is quite reasonably priced and it's not a bad spot for wembley. A few pubs shops and places to eat if your taking the family as well.

Stopped in Premier Inn Wembley last time and booked again 5 minutes after fleatwood game. £6 for 24hr parking and excellent for the walk down Wembley Way. Tube station 5 mins away and great view of Stadium from room windows specially last time when snow was falling

We're in Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead on Saturday night. £35 for family room. We stay there for short breaks in London with the kids and get the train. 5 mins up line from Watford.

I think train/tube is about half an hour. Change at Harrow and Wealdstone for Wembley Central. £8.90 return according to www.nationalrail.co.uk

Another tip for using the tube, just use your contactess bank card. Don't bother with oyster and all that crap. The rates are same as oyster, works a treat. Make sure you use one card per person as the system tracks your card in and out of each station
