The Millenium all day every day, the area that Wembley is located is a shithole to end all shitholes, very few pubs and eateries, an industrial estate, which, to a foreign visitor must seem like the back of beyond, then, once inside this national embarrassment the rip off really begins, served by surly innumerate immigrants with the language skills of a macaw, £8.50 for burger and chips, £3.50 for a pint, the Millenium by contrast was and still is a fine example of city planners listening to the public, a marvellous centre piece to the city, easily accessible, friendly, reasonably priced food and drinks and the surrounding area alive with people enjoying and making a great atmosphere.
Rubbish - I agree with Rufus And we have a 100% success rate at Cardiff, and 100% failure rate at Wembley as well
Actual arena (playing pitch and seats) - Wembley
Anything and everything else you can think of - Millennium by a millennium.
And that's nothing to do with results/performances.

Millenium as the route in and out is quicker, there are more bars around rather than some charging £15 to get in apparently. Hotels, Train, Buses and in the centre of a city not an industrial unit. I did like the fact Wembley was serving beer, I knew the food was over priced and didnt try any.
Millenium Stadium any day, the atmosphere in Wembley was appalling, and on top of that i had to listen to a whingeing whining jock do nothing but slag off the team, until he finally left on 85 minutes. Block P Row 8, Seat 134 - ********.
You chose well 2 x burger (cardboard bread, leather burger and plastic cheese) and 2 x flat cola = £15
if Purely judged on he actual stadia building (which you clearly are not) then Wembley by a mile,BUT if on location, roundabout facilities, entertainment, accesibility etc then the Millennium is streets ahead..so on the overall judgement, I would go with the Millenium
The new Wembley feels plastic and has an eye-sore arch made out of recycled scaffolding.
The re-build has taken away a lot of the magic, it wasn't the same as last time.
Also, the traffic organisation was non-existent.
