My advice - don't do it. Thought I was dying on the cross trainer!

I do 2000 m on rowing in 8 mins 39 secs. 20 mins cross trainer and 20 mins running machine, 200 sit ups and 15 mins weights then 10 lengths in pool and 5 mins in steam room.

I do 300 calories on cross trainer, about 15 mins on recliner bike, 100 sit ups, few weights and then sometimes I go swimming and do a mile (64 lengths) I've steered well clear of the rowing machine since my induction. Hate the thing!

I do similiar but couldn't do 200 sit ups

Would be dead! Impressed with your time on the rower - can do 2000m in just over 9 minutes if I push myself

If I just go swimming then I can make it to about 100 lengths

I hate the rower I do it first to get it over and done with. Try and keep heart rate at over 130 beats per min for 50 mins.

at one point I got it to 80 lengths in 55 minutes but I haven't been for a while so I just aim for the mile and anything over that is a bonus.
