    Obviously this is the information (or statement) that some of us fans have been waiting for.

    Lee has openly admitted, which is good of him, that they are getting it wrong when it comes to reliance on young loan signings - and he is wanting to make a change and bring in long term signings.
    As Lee says, this comes with its risks, but it has to be better than all the upheaval the club is going through at the moment with all these young loan signings.

    I thought at the end of last season something was said similar about relying on loan players not being the way forward.

    Just waiting for the request to get season pass renewed renewed early so we can get a head start in the transfer window etc..

    I actually think this has nothing to do with Jonno.....he can say what he wants but his remit is to train, coach etc etc not set up short, medium long term objectives.
    We have been told a load of rubbish for a few seasons now. We have been firefighting with short term loan deals for long enough.

    I no longer believe a word any of them say from Johnson, to PC. I don't know why, but a scorched earth policy seems to have been implemented.

    It's not just the policy that needs changing its also the people who thought it up, ordered it to be implemented and are carrying it out. Notice how I didn't mention any names that's because I don't want another ban for being critical of you know who.

    Which comments in that interview do you base that on?

    Doesn't say anything about LJ not being involved in bringing players in. This is an example of why Chinese Whispers is such a great game.
