    which will in part be used to buy Syrians 'winter clothing'.

    That's Syria where it is currently 18 degrees in Damascus and due to be 10 degrees tonight as opposed to Barnsley where the forecast last night was for it to drop to -5 during the night.

    It's about time this country got it's priorities right.
