I'm guessing he doesn't see much championship football.

I read a lot of forums, and most have got us to go down. We are 3rd favourites with most bookies. Most 'pundits' expect "another struggle" for us.

    I fcukin' love it.

    Ipswich 4th, Brum 5th, Middlesbrough 6th, Blackburn 7th, Leeds 8th. Staggering!

Obviously the Journo who wrote this has no Championship knowledge whatsoever. To have Middlesboro and Blackburn finishing 6th and 7th is laughable. Watford finishing 14th is a joke. Wednesday and Bournemouth going down wont happen either.

I think he just picked half the names at random out of a hat. I really don't think Wednesday will finish 23rd, no matter how amusing it would be. Even more bizarre is the trio of Birmingham, Middlesbrough and Blackburn in the upper reaches of the table. I reckon Brum and Boro will both be close to exiting the division, just at the other end.

I think after last seasons last day survival with Flicker in charge it could easily be a top 10 season no one to fear.

Yesterday's Sunday Mirror championship preview gave our key player as Tomas Cywka.

Claridge has us to go down - no shock there then

Barnsley fans obviously view us as a bit better than we probably are, and why not, we are supporters. Reading the two journalists views shows how wide of the mark they are. They know nothing about how we are training, and playing, and our buzzing fitness levels. Time will tell, but I do not think we will struggle like we did earlier last year.

I don't think we'll be anywhere near relegation, as there are too many teams who are in a total mess off the field. More and more, those who get their financial house in order will be the ones to see the benefits.

It's the two minutes research that annoys me.

By all means, predict us to be struggling. That's their opinion. But a bit of in depth research goes a long way.

When I used to do my match previews on my blog, I spent a good hour or two researching each clubs history, their managers history, their current squad, key players, statistics, and even got the opinions of their supporters. And I'm a ******* amateur.

Just annoys me the lack of effort that goes into these articles. And it's not purely because they're just online pieces. Even the magazines and newspapers are the same.

I'm an in depth kind of bloke. I like to have a lot to go on, to judge things properly.

    These articles are nursery standard.

The Newspapers are especially poor, and always have been. Not so sure about the magazines as I haven't read any for a while but 4-4-2 and WSC used to do very well-researched previews in general.

I saw at the weekend one so called football expert tipping us, Donny and Yeovil for the drop. That must have taking him a while to pick those teams.
