Lot's of people are wanting to go who don't normally go to our matches. There will even be people going that aren't that bothered about football, but have an affiliation with Barnsley. It's a fact, get over it. I know some people find it hard to believe, but going to watch Barnsley every single week doesn't make you a better person.
Correct, i'm not bothered if the whole effing world came to watch us at Wembley. ( how many people are there in the world? and would they all fit into Wembley?)
Fully agree It will mean a lot more to some of us. But I don't begrudge anyone wanting to go who just sees the experience as a cracking day out.
I would rather have.. loads of glory supporters behind our team than turn up to wembley with a perthetic following. I know its annoying when most of us have spent thousands on the club but thats just how it is!
Why is it annoying? Surely you would feel the same even if there was just you watching - all the part timers that are going aren't going to take any joy from you if we win are they?
RE: Why is it annoying? No its just that when I think back on all the money I have spent on the club over the years and the part timers are just there for the day out, but like I said before I would rather them be there than not.

RE: Why is it annoying? Not everyone can afford it mate. We are from Barnsley remember. I would love to go every week and to away matches but just can't do it.
Absolutely mate It really beggars belief at times. We haven't got enough fans to buy players, blah blah And then when people start turning up, they are criticised for being glory hunters etc. If we can get an extra 500-1000 at the club next season as a result of this cup run then it will be fantastic. I do however think that the cup run money should be reinvested in the team to buy a proven Championship goalscorer.
Correct There's some right old precious tw@ts that think they are holier than thou because they've been to a few games. MK makes a good point though about the lows, personally I've seen enough of them to makes these days just great.
Please you think Johnny come lately is more deserving than supporters of over 30 years. Wel thought out.
I agree completely EXCEPT they should have to get their tickets through general sale not through knowing a season ticket holder. It should be 3 per ST. Currently if every ST and Centenary club member buy their allocation we will have sold 32,000 and thats before players and club officials get there hands on them.
You seem to have read something entirely different to what I've written Maybe you're daft? Just a thought.
Behave Jay Remember, you can only really enjoy Barnsley's success if you went to Luton when we won 3-1 that time.
Tee fcking hee.

RE: Behave Jay Doubtful, it was on Ye Olde BBS.
I think the sentiment very much remains on here at times sithi.
I hope we sell all our tickets, every fcker goes in a Barnsley shirt and we raise the roof. And win.
I shall be sat grumpy, nervous and angry for 90 minutes, as I do all season. You Reds.
