We're unbeaten in 8 league games , we've won away from home today 3-0 (albeit against the bottom club) and STILL people are unhappy and complaining !!!(seestars) (seestars) (seestars)

I am more than happy with the season so far, but I do worry about the debt we're carrying and what could happen if we get up.We know this squad are not good enough for the championship.Maybe a good cup run and promotion next season?

The debt is 'structured' co-exist - so promotion could only serve to alleviate it.

Playing in the Championship would bring in extra income (gate receipts mainly) and whilst there would be some additional expenditure in wages, we could probably manage to survive above the bottom 3 of the division with most of our current squad. That's all we reasonably need to do in our first season, and Wednesday seem to be managing - just - with a debt 10 times larger than ours.

Personally, I'd sooner see us promoted and take our chances!

It's a fine line to walk and i'm not convinced wednesday are managing to walk it.
