Whether or not we get Macken or Da Silva, Werling playing left wing crossing for Stan to knock down for Nards will do me nicely.

    Free kicks though?

    Werling? Nardiello? Howard?
I'd always let Werling line up the first & second (if only to scare the opposition), then let the others at it. :D

    Wish I had been

I hadn't drunk nearly enough for our team selection formation and tactics in the first half to make sense

    agreed

need a bit more steel in the centre than Howard and Leon (though I've not seen enough of him yet to judge)

    What about

    Muller
    Hassel Souza Foster Werling
    JCR Anderson Howard Leon
    Nardiello Ferenczi

Ideally Macken instead of Stan as well

    Not a fan then?

personally I'ld play him on the LW. Can shoot, cross a ball and has strength and pace when he's moving. Just a bit **** in the air and turns slower and accelerates like the amoco cadiz.

    Muller

    Foster, Souza, ??????, Kozluk
    JCR, Anderson(an other), Howard, Werling
    Nardiello, Ferenczi or Macken

Subs - Togwell, Hassell, Leon, Devaney, perm 1 from KO, MM, KC, MC

you can't deny he always crated a buzz around the groung whenever a free kick was in his 'range'

plus the novelty value of how long the defender in the way would be ko'd

How did you guess I am not enamoured with Werling

    :D

He can hit the ball hard, but I cannot for the life of me see how he can be classed as a fullback. I agree he is better further up the field, he can put a baeutiful cross in, something that JCR could do with watching, but he stugles with even the basics of defending. His only way to stop an attacker is to throw himself in front of them and block them or kick them in the air.
(Just my opinion, other opinions are just as valid)

    4 left backs?

    Bit odd (dunno)
Surely someone is on there way. Kozluk?
