Someone mentioned a few days ago after the game against QPR that we should have expected to lose because our historical record against them is horrific and they're one of our many supposed bogey teams, and obviously the expectation stood. Well anyway, hopefully that should work in our favour against Brom tomorrow as, according to the beeb, they haven't won at Oakwell for 62 years. In the last 16 meetings at the Well in the league we've won 8 and drawn 8. Let's hope Bialkowski can put in a blinder in the net and maintain the history. Bo.
I remember playing them in our promotion season, live on Sky on Good Friday evening. Baggies fans doing the conga at 2-0 down and singing "Barnsley's going up" because it was at the expense of their beloved Wolves!
As one Baggies fan discovered to his cost last year http://www.westbrom.com/forum/index.php?topic=25057.0
he may have a point with the bit about security? Enjoy your moment, unfortunatly you will wake up in the morning and realise that you live in a backward hole in the ground where your teams stadium still includes a stand that appears to be held by thin air and "Security" involves mortaring bits of broken glass to the top of the perimeter wall.
