    almost hounded out last season stumbled into playoffs,look at em now,just trying to put a perspective on all this gutted today but wil be at udders with the other 4k

    yep, its shows that teams should stick with a manager for a while

    instead of sacking them after an ok but not productive season.

    the seasons not over thats my point,i could understand the sentiments of some of the posts if it was the last game of the season and we'd blown it.

    exactly, but you just know that some fans will be calling for his head.

    he needs at least another 1 or 2 seasons with us.

    There are calls for his head on here today already.

    Apparently some reds fans forget that changing managers more often than underwear is part of the reason we went bust

    it describes most pro and anti posters ( Richtea )on this board at some time or another.........

    i agree but why are his tactics the same every home game ie with 20 mins to go we bring on a striker and take off one,then 5 mins later take off a wide man and put on another one.why the fook doesn,t he try altering the shape of the team,we never looked like scoring today,especially in the 2nd half!

    Ritchie needs to stay.</p>

    I like him  and he has far exceeded mine and most fans' expectations this season, but he is no tactician.</p>

    That's where he needs to improve.</p>

    and with time and more experience he will.

    I rate him, calm, the players worship him and he cant half down pie n peas fast
