    that they don't have a points deduction, would have been wrong to deduct points at this stage of the season for something that happened at the start. A Points deduction could have relegated them before they played again.
    What's happened to Liverpool then? One of the players has since moved there.

    Nothing will happen to them as they own the player outright, west ham co-owned him with a 3rd party which is against premier league rules.
