Is it all ticket for away fans? I can't call our wonderful box office as it's an 0870 number and they've failed to respond to my emails. Brilliant.
They have a habit of not responding to emails. When you question them about it they tell you that you haven't sent any. When you prove to them that you have they just ignore you again. All facts in my experience.
I'll be very surprised if you can't pay on the gate You can at just about every match. But just in case why don't you contact West Ham and explain your situation. They're more likely to know and more likely to return your e-mail.
Re: I'll be very surprised if you can't pay on the gate Dyson - yes mate, that would be superb. I was about to call West Ham actually, as I assume not only are they are connected to things like the internet and phone lines, but they actually know how to use them as well.
