For those who do not often go in the West Stand - check your block before you go in. C is around half way line D is in between E is nearest Ponte. Fed up telling folk to shift when they’re in the wrong block - but tbf it ain’t well signed posted either.
Eh? Do your tickets just say "block D, sit anywhere"? In the East stand it says a specific seat number that sets off at 1 at the ponty end and ends at about 200 at the away end.
No. The seat numbers restart for each block. So accross the full Upper Tier, there’s 5 seat 20s (if the full stand was open) for example. Folk walk up and don’t realise. Back of ticket does show plan, but it’s not easy to work out once up there.
I'm with you. Didn't realise it was like that, sounds a bit of a stupid system to me but then it is the relic so it's just another reason why it's not fit for purpose really
It works - if folk check their ticket, and the blocks were clearly marked. Needs signs on the roof above so when fans walk up and sit, they can clearly see the block letter.
