I was hoping for at least 10 points in Dec, could an should do it, keep the faith C,O,Y,R.
Be a few games off I reckon on 'safety grounds' with 50 mph winds. Some parts of the country it could be 70+ mph at 3 pm Saturday.
Please call me Steve (in person or online) hope you had a great day apart from the weather lol. Best wishes.
I find it interesting how they name storms from the met office. Very British / Irish. Given that Muhammad is the most popular male name in the UK the storm list seems lacking in diversity. Ashley, Bert, Conall, Darragh, Eowyn, Floris, Gerben, Hugo, Izzy, James, Kayleigh, Lewis, Mavis, Naoise, Otje, Poppy, Rafi, Sayuri, Tilly, Vivienne and Wren.
I was under the impression that David was the most popular name in the UK. Then you have the likes of John, James etc. Muhammad was listed as the top chosen male child name.... with a total of 4,600.
They wouldn't dare name a storm after a Muslim. Especially if it turned out to be the most vicious violent one of the year.
Can anyone remember the last time we played Brum in a gale? Lost 1 0 to a free kick blown in by the wind
