    We've demanded the signing of an injured player, insisted that the club doesn't bring in a player old enough to shave and now we're refusing to consider the fact that a manager with nine defeats in ten games should be sacked.

    I'll tell you summat - we've clamoured for some suicidal decisions. I feel responsible. Especially knowing what huge influence this board has on performances and club policies.

    I think the worst part is the 'we shouldnt sack him because we've sacked a few managers in the past' way of thinking. Absolute bollacks.
